Start preparing the Journey. At every moment you can start again, be aware of your vibration
The glass of water
It is the first ritual. The player or the players put a glass of water in the place where COexist will be played. They will say out loud “Thank you” in an attitude of relaxation, worship and prayer. This vibration will be given to the water, to keep awareness of the vibrations to be issued during the game.
Paper and Pencil (Exercises 3 and 4 of the Manual)
You will write on paper your birth date, add up all the numbers and reduce them until you get a number from 1 to 9. 11 and 22 are considered Master numbers in numerology, but to play the maximum is nine. Then you write a list with 7 positive things and 7 negative.
Decree of the Mirror
(Exercise 23)
Take the mirror and look at yourself, smile. Say your name, I am ..... I am unconditional love. And feel these words. Yes? Without conditions? Love Yourself looking into your eyes in the mirror.
The Pyramid
The face that remains below is the one you get. You meditate thinking about a one of those concepts, feeling the sensations in your body while you maintain the idea in your mind. If you get:: 1 Money (abundance); 2 Food (life); 3 Family (Generation); 4 God (Divinity)
